For School Year 2025-2026, PASS is looking for a social media intern to support the Board with digital outreach and develop promotional campaigns to boost parent and student engagement. Duties and responsibilities include:
Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
Create and distribute content on Instagram and WhatsApp
Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
Write social media captions that speak to PASS’ target audience
This is a part-time, unpaid internship available from September 2025 – May 2025 available to high school and college students. PASS can sign for volunteer hours and/or provide written reference letter at completion of internship.
Qualifications:
Excellent grammar, spelling, writing and communication skills.
Creative and an eye for detail
Working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and enthusiastic to explore and learn new platforms and tools
Spanish language skills a plus
Experience with Canva a plus
For School Year 2025-2026, PASS is looking for a website intern to support the Board with redesigning the overall layout of their website and provide administrative support with maintaining updates. Duties and responsibilities include:
Suggesting and incorporating UI improvements to current website
Fixing any functionality issues, including the removal of “dead links”
Updating and maintaining the site on a monthly basis
Linking an online merchandise store using PASS’ Zeffy platform to the website
Making backup files of the site
This is a part-time, unpaid internship available from September 2025 – May 2025 available to high school and college students. PASS can sign for volunteer hours and/or provide written reference letter at completion of internship.
