Our Strategy

Our niche is identifying gaps and filling those needs through financial and volunteer support.

We strive to achieve these goals by:

• Inspiring Schilling parents/grandparents to get involved using both traditional and modern outreach techniques.
• Extending our financial reach through community-based online fundraising and corporate giving programs.
• Expanding our volunteer base by cultivating volunteerism in our school’s 5th and 6th graders and high school students.
• Tapping into the leadership skills in the greater Newark community.
