PASS has both Board positions and the following Volunteer positions available. Volunteer positions are non-paid staff positions to support Board members in their duties or are volunteer positions that are directly tied to specific events or programs. Sometimes Board members also sign up for volunteer positions if they have additional time.
If you have a skill(s), we want to know! We can create a volunteer position to tailor your skills to our organization's needs. And, if you'd like a bit of training to feel confident in taking on a role, let us know. Truth be told, we "learn by doing."

Coordinates and plans for events, often chairing the committee for a specific event.

Works with Board and Event Coordinator to solicit cash donations, in-kind donations, and sponsors from the business community.

Makes changes to WordPress website as requested by Board.

Classroom Gardener
Coordinates with teachers to schedule garden visits, orchestrating learning and garden maintenance activities.

Outreach Coordinator
Recruits volunteers for specific events and promotes PASS.

Grant Writer
Works with Board to apply for grants on a quarterly basis.

Event Marketeer
Works with Event Coordinator to advertise event via flyers, posters, and social media and to decorate for events.
