Board Nomination Form

If you’re interested in becoming a Board member and want to nominate yourself, or you want to nominate a Board member, use the following forms. We need all the support we can get!

To become a Board member:

  1. (Nominee) Submit a Nomination Form by or before Sept 1 of each school year.
  2. (Existing Board) Print a ballot with names and small blurbs for each member who wants to serve
  3. (Existing Board) Post the public ballot at least one week prior to our September meeting.
  4. (Existing Board) Vote on the next year’s Board members during our September meeting.
